If there is not essential nutrition, then it can be difficult to focus on other tenets. Further, nutrition is a beneficial alternative! Regardless, even with poor nutrition, a person can still be motivated and take actions. A person can still feel emotions.

People are motivated through food and drink. It’s a reward and makes people feel better. They also can be motivated by being physically healthy. Feeling not physically healthy can cause a person to not be motivated. Frequently, healthy foods can physically aid a person to then focus on what they want to fulfill.
