It's a situation, not looking inward. Situational aid means evaluating the situation and taking action to change that situation. What's the reason? After finding out what is problematic surrounding a person and the reasons in each person's individual case, we can then look at choices to solve them. This looks at the environment, economics, adversity, social factors, societal systems, laws, relationships, goals, physical issues, and lack of opportunities that may be adversely affecting them. What...

Empathy is the 34th tenet of Motivationology: Empathy is the capability of understanding the feelings, situation, and experience of another person. Most importantly, empathy can be used to defend the weaknesses of a person to then focus on their strengths.   To test Empathy: Empathy tests. They're effective. You show a case of a person's weaknesses and can watch what the person does in response. Do they exploit or cover up/protect the weaknesses? Sometimes, having empathy or...

Feel free to ask me for consultation from the Motivationology viewpoint. I'm always open to give advice and you'll get a new perspective.   Reflection on this theory: I experienced the Camp Fire in Paradise, CA in November 2018. I lost my mom, Victoria Taft, in the fire and didn't think of using my own theory of persuasion. Instead, I used the theory's tenets only on myself except for voicing my thoughts of the disaster...

It's like the saying: "Continue to repeat...

Feeling brainwashed/controlled? Reverse train! Reverse training can be done with senses, visuals, music, words, which improve going faster, etc. You can tell if you are reverse training yourself by seeing if the result of taking in music, videos, situations, environment, and so on makes you feel more independent, empowered, and in control of yourself/environment/your future. It's then easier to freely think in ways which go against status quos. The crowd then around...

Motivationology is the opposite of "conditioning" psychology. Did you ever think that Seligman's dog experiment was cruel? Well, they use it on humans, too. I always hated learning about psych research and experiments. It seemed barbarian. As if you cannot "know" that a chimp needs to be social, not-isolated, and warm? So do an "experiment" on it? Really? Maybe you don't need a textbook or a controlled narrative. Why did you need...
